MUSIC TEACHERS
Music & Sun is looking for music teachers M/V for her musical holidays, mainly in France. We seek motivated and talented musicians in various musical styles, with experience in teaching, arranging music and conducting ensembles and orchestras.

The holidays will find place in various locations in France, and last between 7 and 14 days. Travel and subsistence expenses will be reimbursed and you receive wages for days worked. The musical holiday is dominated by a particular style of music such as folk, gypsie jazz, French chanson, classical, Balkan, Arabic, etc. You can make your own specialty as an option for the theme music of the holiday.

The program and participants are known in advance. The participants consist of (adult) amateur musicians with different experience levels. They are divided into levels beginner, intermediate and advanced. The participants learn to play together in small ensembles and in an orchestra (all participants jointly). The number of participants will vary between 20 and 50 and the number of teachers is adjusted accordingly. The fun of playing together is more important than the quality of the music, it concerns amateurs! We are looking for enthusiastic teachers who can move people to great performance and give them a lot of fun in making music can be experienced.

There are two different functions, Professor and Executive Head Teacher:

# HEAD MUSIC TEACHER M/V
The head music teacher is responsible for the musical program of the musical holiday. He / she must prepare several pieces for orchestra and for ensembles. These documents should be arranged for 3 levels and possibly for different instruments. The pieces must be ready at least 3 months before the holiday takes place. At the spot, the head teacher is in charge of the orchestra and he / she gives musical lessons.

Required experience and capabilities:
- Conservatory education or equivalent 
- Number of years experience with leading orchestras / ensembles
- Control of at least 2 instruments, preferably more
- Arranging skills
- Being able to perform before big groups of people
- Enthusiastic personality

# EXECUTIVE MUSIC TEACHER M/V
The executive music teacher helps the head teacher with the performance of the musical program of holiday music. He / she must delve into the documents that the head teacher has arranged for the orchestra and ensembles (in 3 levels and possibly for different instruments). He / she will teach in the orchestra and ensemble pieces in small groups.

Required experience and capabilities:
- (Following) Conservatory education or equivalent
- Some experience with leading orchestras / ensembles
- Control of at least 2 instruments, preferably more
- Enthusiastic personality
